First: Day of Middle School, 3rd Grade & Kindergarten!

Today was a day of firsts all around.
It was the first day of school and so it was also the first day I have had all three of my kids in school.
It was the first day of Middle School (6th grade) for the oldest, the first day of third grade for the middle child, and the first day of Kindergarten for the baby.
It was the first time my husband got to see our oldest off to school (he teaches there) and it was the first time I didn't.

It is also the first time I'm actually worried about how the heck we are going to juggle all the extra activities everyone does with three kids in school and two full-time working parents.

Drum lessons, guitar lessons, piano lessons, tutoring sessions, soccer for two kids, orchestra concerts and who knows what else I'm too tired to think about- it's all enough to make my head spin!

But even with a full mind and an extremely long day of "firsts" I am aware of one thing that will be a "last" in my life.

It will be the very last time I hold one of my babies hands and look at the excitement in their eyes as they watch the school bus approach, and the last time I will cry because they are getting on it for the first time.

All you momma's and daddy's out there, enjoy your babies. They grow too fast.

They do grow up too fast! How are you doing with this?

I look forward to hearing how you guys juggle everything since I'll be needing pointers for our future.

The girls look lovely heading off to school.

They are all so cute. I love the picture of Deni at the stop sign!

Is that Mr. Fly driving the bus?? Man he was our bus driver, that's nuts! I hope that had a great first day!
