It's a Zombie life

The girls were kind enough to model some of their hair stuff for me today for the "other blog" that seems to be getting more of my attention lately.
It was a good way to try out the new lens I just got for my camera!
Actually, as you can probably tell, Deni was the only one really willing to model for me.

True gave me her best fake smile while I struggled to get her into my quickly fading light source.


And Sage was mad at me for getting on her about not taking care of her new things she got for Christmas.

I couldn't even get her to look at the camera! Little stinker!

It's gonna take some getting used to, but this new lens is really cool. All these pictures were taken indoors without flash and in very little light. They aren't perfect but they're a whole lot better than the kit lens, especially for just getting these quick shots. I can't wait to actually get out there and use it properly!

I got some really cool gifts this year and this one is no exception!
